We accept most major insurance plans including AAR, Jubilee, CIC, Resolution, and UAP. We also accept cash payments and have payment plans available. Please contact our billing department for specific insurance inquiries.

Visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. ICU and special care units may have restricted hours. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please check with the nursing station for specific ward policies.

You can access your medical records through our Patient Portal on the homepage. For physical copies, please visit our Medical Records department with a valid ID. There may be a small fee for printing records.

Yes! Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have a dedicated trauma team always on standby. For emergencies, call +256 757 101 040 immediately.
